Strawberry AWAKE Mylk
Materials: High-speed blender
Servings: Serves 1
For the mylk:
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 3 cups of water
- A handful of unsweetened shredded coconut
Blend the mylk ingredients in a high-speed blender. Store remaining mylk in the fridge for up to one week. Next, add your remaining ingredients.
- 1 scoop of collagen or vanilla protein powder
- Your favorite sweetener (optional)
- Your favorite superfoods - I add 1/4 tsp Camu powder, 1/4 tsp ashwagandha, and 1/2 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp AWAKE powder
- 3-5 strawberries
Blend on high for one minute, pour into a glass or mug, and enjoy!
