Matcha Mint Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Bowl

You can turn a smoothie into a meal that you eat with a spoon instead of a straw!
Simply make the smoothie thick enough that it can hold your favorite toppings. Always keep some frozen (peeled) bananas in you freezer and use that as a base.
Frozen bananas and crushed ice gives thickness to the smoothie; start with a small amount and add more until you have the desired consistency.
- 1 large frozen banana
- 4-6 ice cubes
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tsp AWAKE
- 1-2 tsp cacao nibs
- a few slices banana
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the toppings.
- You can get creative with your toppings; adding nuts for extra crunch, hemp seeds for protein and your favorite granola will make this smoothie bowl a real treat.
*If you have a peanut allergy you can swop it out for almond, cashew or sunflower butter.
