Matcha Mint Mojito

Summer is most people’s favorite time of the year. And for a good reason; beach time, lazy days, travel and lots of fresh foods are so good for the soul! Warm, sunny days call for refreshing beverages and why not make them with ingredients that make you feel energized and elevate your mood.
The combination of sweetness, citrus and refreshing mint flavors has made the mojito a popular summer drink. Traditionally a mojito is made with rum, this healthy version is a mocktail ( a mixed drink without alcohol) and the sugar and soda water is replaced with maple syrup and regular water. Make a large batch and invite friends over for a mocktail party!
