People all over the world are having their lives transformed by well-balanced meals consulted by the professionals. Registered dietitians come from a variety of backgrounds, but share a common passion for helping others achieve their health goals.
Here is a brief snapshot of what registered dietitian partnered with Teatis do in a variety of settings.
I completed my Master’s degree in nutrition from Teachers College, Columbia University, and my dietetic training at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. I believe in a personalized approach to nutrition using evidence-based nutrition therapy. I have experience working for various community and public health programs, and counseling clients with various chronic conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease, and weight management, as well as those looking for general nutrition information for disease prevention and management. I work with clients interested in a plant-based diet to find a practical, effective, and sustainable plan to help them reach their health and wellness goals.

I have a passion to help others. I have a personal caring, understanding, and compassionate personality.
🍽What is your favorite food?
I love dark chocolate and eat it daily, but I like all kinds of food and love trying new things.
🚴♀️What do you like to do outside of work?
Getting outside in nature, riding my bike.
👑What’s something you’re proud of?
Having the courage to pursue a career that aligns with my interests.
💡Tell me the most interesting story that happened to you when you practice session with patients.
I had a client who wanted to lose weight, and was feeling lost and overwhelmed with how to eat healthier. I was able to provide several options for balanced meals to the client, and helped the client get back on track and in control of the client’s health.
🌈What is the most valuable outcome of your session?
It is rewarding when working with a client to come up with a plan to meet their nutrition goals, and to know it works for them. It’s great to see someone who had a problem and to know I’ve helped.
